Construction consultant LAM KWONG YIU (Wong Tak Bun) has abused the trust of the owners’ corporation and keeps pressuring KAU (Lam Suet), the contractor, for illegal commissions. Despite their long-term collaboration, KAU feels exploited and cannot put up with YIU any longer. Left with no other option, KAU decides to turn himself in to ICAC.
