Serial offender Tony Lawrence has little to say on the matter, but after Meadows convinces his friend, Patrick Christian, to bin his dodgy brief, Christian begins to spill the beans. However, the key to the case comes from a junkie that Slater has arrested for possession, who witnessed the whole incident.
