The clinic's Dr. Kanie initially refuses, saying that urgent treatment won't help because Dachi High won't beat a powerhouse like Kanazawa Kita High. Hinomaru tells the doctor how he feels about the team and convinces Dr. Kanie to begin treatment. Meanwhile, Dachi High must face Kanazawa Kita High, the third-ranked school in the country.
