Nevertheless, the Emperor adheres obstinately to his error, and even accuses the Phecda Bureau of attempting to overthrow him. Blaming CHEUNG-SING for offending the Emperor, PAK-NIN and his subordinates of the Moon Section tender their resignation. The Emperor sincerely believes what Reverend Celestine told him about the geomancy.
